As of September 19, select rooms in Page-Robinson Hall, Vartan Gregorian Quad, and the Rockefeller Library are available by reservation for individual graduate students with TA or TF appointments. This initiative stems from the recognition that graduate students teaching remotely may benefit from the internet connectivity, quiet, and privacy of a room on campus while fulfilling their instructional responsibilities.

Graduate students who would like to reserve one of these rooms should do so through 25 Live Space-Reservations. When entering your requests, please enter the course number for the Event Title, “Grad” for the Organization, and Discussion/Recitation/Review as Event Type. A tutorial and FAQs for Space-Reservations. Please be respectful of your fellow graduate student colleagues and only make reservations for these classroom spaces for the true amount of time needed for your section as space is at a premium.

Students using these spaces will be required to clean in and clean out in accord with campus health protocols. Students must wear masks when moving in and out of the building but can remove masks when closed in the room and conducting meetings over Zoom. These rooms cannot be used for in-person meetings with students. Lastly, when using the room it is critical that furniture not be moved out of the space assigned to you and if furniture or equipment is moved that you replace back in the layout in which you found it upon arrival.

In order to make use of the spaces students must have an On Campus designation for the Fall 2020 semester, have completed the Student Commitment and COVID-19 Community Health and Safety Requirements Training, and be participating in the testing program.
