Beginning December 18, 2020, participants will gain access to an ELP Canvas site where they can utilize common Brown digital learning and communication tools to practice social and academic English language structures and skills and interact with peers, asynchronously and at their own pace.
From January 4-8, 2020, participants will also have the option to attend synchronous sessions via Zoom video conference that focus on the international multilingual graduate student experience at Brown. A calendar of events will be provided on the Canvas site.

Winter English Language Program for Incoming Students
The English Language Program aims to equip incoming international graduate students for whom English is not a primary language with the language skills to feel confident and successful in navigating their academic contexts. The 2021 Winter English Language Program is open to Master’s and Ph.D. students in any discipline who are beginning their academic programs in Spring 2021.
